Biography of Sandra Kennedy

Born and now living in Lewis.

Sandra studied sculpture at Grays school of Art and Design, Aberdeen, and later scenography, on the MA course at Central St Martins College of Art and Design, London.

Sandra works with text, space and movement, both in the landscape and urban spaces.

Sandra has been involved in many community film projects with children, and have run an arts workshop for adults who have special needs.

Sandra is presently working towards building a studio in Lewis, providing space to continue my work, a place for holding workshops and enabling fellow artists to come and visit.
